My washi tape collection + my washi tape swatch book.

This time I wanted to dedicate a post to my favorite thing, next to stickers and stamps of course. My collection isn't as big as others I've seen posted online but I'd still like to share it. I started collecting washi tape after I found some MT tape at a craft store. I thought it looked pretty but back then I didn't know exactly how to use it. It took me a couple of years to realize I could put them in a journal and now I'm hooked. They're cute, colorful and very versatile; I use them to decorate my walls, in my journal of course and sometimes even use them in my drawings. Right now I have a collection of 30+ washi and I might continue to collect them until I reach 60, which is a pretty good number considering I don't have much storage space in my apartment.

I filled up this plastic container with some of my favorites

This one I got at Ikea and use it for my bigger washi tapes

My washi tape swatch book. I got this notebook at Tokyu Hands in Shinjuku.
Miki Takei is one my favorite illustrators.

I swatch them by "themes" As you can see I have a lot of floral ones.
Most of them are from the brand BGM.

Next up is my sticker and stamp collection. If you collect washi tape or stickers please let me know in the comments.
